JumpStart Organizing is committed to keeping client information confidential. Information discussed with you or encountered while organizing will not be shared with anyone. JumpStart Organizing only shares client testimonials and photos with your permission. We will not trade or sell mailing lists, email lists nor contact information. Please inform JumpStart Organizing if you wish to be removed from our newsletter mailing list.

Policies & Procedures

When you call or email, we will set up a time & date for our first consultation, which is a Needs Assessment. A Needs Assessment is usually an 1/2 hour phone conversation in which the organization issues are discussed between the you and the organizer . 

Your organizing issues are unique and as a professional organizer I take the time to listen and understand what is working or not working in your home or business. 

After the consultation, the organizer will schedule a date for the first session for the project to begin. There is no need to organize or straighten up beforehand nor purchase any products before the organizer arrives.

Depending on your project, organization sessions can last a few hours or a few days, or on-going as you need. How quickly a project gets completed depends on how quickly you can make decisions about what should be kept, donated, stored somewhere else or thrown away.

You're not alone! The job of a professional organizer is to guide and assist you through actions or questions to help you make decisions to organize your home or business. I like to encourage my clients through the process by lending support, expert knowledge, a sense of humor and gentle persuasion to obtain their goal of an organized space.

Fees for all professional services is due upon completion of each appointment by cash or check. Thank you!

A travel fee will be added if the distance is over 20 miles from Springfield, PA

Cancellation Policy

JumpStart Organizing requests that clients who need to cancel their appointment give us 48 hours notice of the appointment date to cancel an appointment.

Cancellations without 48 hours notice will be charged the full amount for the time scheduled for that appointment.
